Samsung Could be Releasing Android 8.0 Oreo for the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus After January 15

It was just days earlier that the Galaxy S8 and S8+
was up on Wi-Fi Alliance for
certification purposes while running Android 8.0 Oreo and today we have another
report that indicates an Android Oreo powered stable firmware update is just
around the corner for the two devices. In fact, this latest report gives us
hope that Samsung could start pushing the update much sooner, that is on or
after January 15.

Keep in mind that this speculation was born out of a
statement made by Samsung in one of its official notices where it stated the
following, “Also please note, Beta Programe
will end on Monday, January 15, 2018.”
While that isn’t a confirmation that
Samsung will start rolling out the OS upgrade on January 15, it would be
surprising if the company doesn’t start doing so by the end of the third week
of January. Nevertheless, depending what your geographic location is and which
career you are on, the update could be delayed further. We will find out soon
enough.

the latest available updates for your Samsung smartphones and tablets.
