I've been involved with technology, in one way or another, for the last 20 years and have been mostly a skeptic to change. I see change as a good thing and certainly welcome it. However, that change must make my life or my company easier to manage, not cost me an arm and a leg in both money *and* time, and must present an obvious and unmistakable benefit that renders older (but stable) technology stale or at risk of becoming outdated.
